Welcome to the Slovenia in Flight Simulator world! Slovenia is a new member of European Union, laying east to the Italy, south of Austria, southwest of Hungary and east of the Croatia, which was like Slovenia part of former Socialist federal republic of Yugoslavia.

It measures 20.273m2 and has slightly less than 2.000.000 citizens. Although its area is small, you can find sea on the west, Alps on the northwest and on the north, and a flat agricultural world on the east. More than 60% of the territory is covered with forests, mostly on the western and southern part of the country. 

We have tried to encapsulate this in the scenery You have on the enclosed CD-ROM. This scenery can be used for VFR flying and for IFR flying although there are only 5 airports included: 

  • Ljubljana - Brnik (LJLJ), the main and the biggest airport in Slovenia
  • Maribor - Slivnica (LJMB), the second biggest airport
  • Portorož – Sečovlje (LJPZ) as the main airport on Slovenian coast
  • Lesce - Bled (LJBL) as one of the most important sport airfield and
  • Ptuj - Moškanjci (LJPT) as sport airfield.

All airports and their objects have photorealistic textures. They are made according to photographs, including aerial, and drawings to be as accurate as they can be. We also paid great attention so the airports won't be too much FPS concuming. Everybody can set scenery density as appropriate to his/her computer so the FPS hit won't be too big. Also You get:

  • mesh terrain for whole Slovenia
  • landclassification for whole Slovenia
  • FS2002+ style roads, rivers, lakes (about 20 more than in default scenery) and railroads
  • dynamic scenery on Ljubljana which serves Your aircraft
