Gorenjska a region in the Northwest of Slovenia, covers an area of the South - eastern
(Julian and Kamnisko - Savinjske Alps),
touching on the borders of Italy in the west, Austria in the North along the Karavanke mountains, and stretching in a Southerly directin towards the Slovene capital city of Ljubljana.The official currency is EUR.

Triglav Nationalpark - Size: 838 km2, 25 settlements and 2.200 residentsVrsic The pass between Trenta and Kranjska Gora, the saddle between Mojstrovka and Prisank massif.
Vr¹iè is a grassy peak, 1737m high between the mountains of Prisank and Mojstrovka.At its lowest part (1611m) there is the road from Trenta to Kranjska Gora with 50 curves.
